Most rooms hand you a name tag. This one hands you a stage.

The Do The Thing Playground - where founders launch, validate, and monetize together. Live. In a room built to move.

The room problem

You know the next level isn’t more content.

You’ve been to the rooms. You’ve sat in the mastermind. You bought the course. You posted on LinkedIn last Tuesday and you’re still refreshing it. You launched the thing. And here you are.

None of it put you on a stage. None of it put cash in. None of it sat people in front of you ready to listen.

I felt this too. I owned a staffing company and I would not speak outside of my own team. I was waiting to feel ready. I never did.

It’s NOT a you problem. It’s a room problem. You don’t need another framework. You need a room that’s actually built to move you - with specific moves and a specific order.

A new category

This isn’t another course. It’s its own thing.

There is a new category of room. It isn’t the networking event you keep going to. It isn’t the summit you bought a ticket to. It isn’t the mastermind you joined last year.

It’s the marriage of all three. And until now, it didn’t exist.

We built the stage. We built the monetization vehicle. We teach you the skills. That’s the whole offer.

THIS ISN’T NETWORKING. IT ISN’T A SUMMIT. IT ISN’T A MASTERMIND. IT’S ITS OWN THING.

The Playground

Look around.

This is what the room believes. Ten little vows the Playground actually keeps.

Now you know how it behaves.

Next - the people already in it. And what happens when you walk in.

THE FOUR MOVES
ROOMS AROUND GOALS

My People Parties

Bring the thing you’re working on - a book launch, a TEDx, an offer, an idea. The room organizes around your goal. You speak to it. The room speaks back. You leave with the rewrite, the yeses, the intros. Every expert and celebrity My People Party is yours too - the room built around someone else’s goal.

Bring your goal. Walk in.
MOVE BY MOVE

Challenges

Every challenge being run is yours. Find Your Voice, Promote Yourself Sprint, My People Party Boot Camp - everything in between. Each one is micro-actions, day by day. You don’t pick the next move. The challenge does. You move.

Pick one. Start.
BUYING IS NETWORKING

High-Impact Auctions

Buying from someone else is the highest form of networking. Front-row seats to exclusive offers inside the room. Only Playground members get the chance to pitch - the fastest way to validate an offer. You take 40%. Charity takes 40%. Pitching for the cause is easier than pitching for yourself.

The yes is the receipt.
MAIN STAGE

People Party Palooza

A full week. Every member on the lineup. Your My People Party hits a bigger room. The work you did in challenges gets seen. The auction at the end of the week is where you pitch. We built the stage. You walk on.

Get on the stage.
What happens inside

What happens when you stop building alone.

Let me start with my own most expensive lesson.

Before any of this existed, I had an idea I was sure was brilliant. A physical habit tracker. Every time you did the thing you wanted to build as a habit, you added a piece to it. I spent $7,500 building it before I showed it to a single person. Nobody wanted it.

That is the entire problem this whole thing is built to fix. Building before validating. Creating before gathering. Assuming instead of asking. I was alone in a room with my own idea and I lost $7,500 to find out the room didn’t want it.

Compare that to what happens inside the Playground now.

  • Avery.

My daughter. She spent four years in horse mode behind the scenes of my business. Editing podcasts. Making images. Never showing up as a participant. I respected it. I didn’t push. Then in January she walked into the room as a member. And what happened next was the comfort circles in fast forward. She spoke on stage at our event with no script and no preparation and then she published a book two weeks later and started a podcast and led an activation in New York and spoke at another event and got nominated for two board positions and won both. All in about three months. She already had access. She already had a mother with a TEDx talk approaching 2 million views. None of that moved her. The room moved her.

  • Gregory and Emily.

They both launched their memberships at their kickoff parties. They didn’t build the offer first and try to find people to buy it. They got in the room, asked people what they wanted, built it together with the room, and sold it before it existed. The fastest path to revenue I have ever seen. And it’s only possible when the room is creating the offer with you.

  • Sara.

She’s a poet. At one of our open mics she got up and told a story about a purse, written in the style of a Poshmark ad. By the end of the piece, people in the room were genuinely asking how to buy the purse. She walked off the stage with an offer framework she didn’t know she had. Born entirely from putting her creativity in front of a room that was already paying attention.

I’m telling you these stories because I want you to see the pattern.

If you’re already visible. Avery had access and visibility. What she didn’t have was the room and the stage. The room is what changed.

If you already have something to sell. Gregory and Emily had things to sell. What they didn’t have was the room that creates the buyers. The room is what changed.

None of them had a perfect plan. None of them had a perfect launch. They just got in the room. And the room did the rest.

05 · The pace

You don’t have to be ready. You have to be in.

The Comfort Circle - five nested rings, from innermost out: Find Your Voice, Share Your Voice, Monetize Your Voice, Create Your Movement, Global Reach. A horse at the center represents horse mode.

There’s a thing I see over and over again. Someone gets excited. They say yes. They post once. And then they go quiet. They’re not lazy. They’re not in the wrong room. They’re stuck because nobody told them what the next move was.

FROM MY OWN TEDx

That’s horse mode. You show up but the camera’s off. You’re watching.

I built the Comfort Circle because I lived inside it.

I did my own TEDx talk a few years ago and I was terrified to promote it. I didn’t like my makeup. I didn’t like my hair. I hid from it. So I went live with my own Find Your Voice challenge and said

“I don’t like this video. What do I do.”

The room moved me through it. That’s when I knew the Comfort Circle was real. Every time you start something new, you go back to horse mode. That’s not regression. That’s the move before the next move.

The graphic above shows you the components. The Circle shows you the order you walk through them. The Playground walks you through every ring - horse mode, Find Your Voice, Share Your Voice, Monetize Your Voice, Create Your Movement, Global Reach. Wherever you’re starting, the room knows where to put you next.

WEEK ONE you post in the room and someone you’ve never met replies and you have your first conversation by Friday and WEEK THREE you’re on the swing set at someone else’s My People Party and you’re pitching the offer out loud for the first time and MONTH TWO you’re hosting one of your own and MONTH THREE you’re at the auction watching hands go up for the thing you almost didn’t bring and BY PALOOZA you’re on the stage.

Not because you forced it. Because the room booked you in.

You can be in horse mode at the slide and on the stage in the same season. You can try the thing, fall on your face, get picked up by the room, and laugh about it on the way to the next station.

That’s how this is supposed to feel.

Two tracks

Two tracks. Same room.

There are two ways people walk in.

If you’re launching. You have an idea you haven’t shipped. First 30 days you bring it to a My People Party and the room tells you what’s wrong with it. You rewrite the offer. You take it to the auction. People raise their hands before you’ve built the back end. That’s how Gregory and Emily launched memberships at their kickoff parties - the room bought it before it existed.

If you’re growing. You’ve already launched. First 30 days you stop selling and start hosting. You run your own My People Party inside the room. You auction a new tier of what you already sell. You walk into People Party Palooza with a bigger room than you walked in with. That’s the ceiling lift.

Two tracks. Same stage. Same monetization vehicle. You self-select. You walk in where you are. And the room moves with you.

Already in?

Stop building alone. Get in the room.

Who’s behind this

A quick word on who’s behind this.

My name is Stacey Lauren. I built and exited a $35M staffing company over 20 years. I spent five years after that on one question. What actually gets people to do the thing. Hundreds of interviews. Street interviews in Paris, London, New York, Italy. Programs, challenges, experiments. My TEDx talk on it - The Power of Community to Achieve Your Goals - is approaching 2 million views.

The Playground is everything I learned, built into a room.

“I can just network for free.” You can. You should. Keep going. The Playground isn’t a substitute. It’s what the free rooms aren’t built to be. At a free room you swap LinkedIns. Here you swap offers and the room buys them. At a free room you wait for someone to invite you to speak. Here People Party Palooza is on the calendar and you’re on the lineup. At a free room you leave with business cards. Here you leave with a launched offer, an auction result, and a date for the next time you’re on the stage. That’s the difference. Free rooms aren’t built to walk you to the stage. This one is.

WHO THIS IS FOR
  1. 01

You’ve done the masterminds and you’re still refreshing the post.

  2. 02

You’ve already launched and you need a bigger room than you have.

  3. 03

You’ve been in horse mode and you want the next move.

  4. 04

You’d rather be on the lineup than in the audience.

WHAT YOU GET

People Party Palooza on the calendar. You on the lineup.

  • Front-row at every member's My People Party

  • Find Your Voice, Promote Yourself, Boot Camp - all yours

  • Auctions where 40% goes to charity

  • Built-in co-pilots, not contacts

  • Idea validation before you spend the $7,500

  • The keynote, the rate raise, the open cart

  • The room. Already in the seats.

The Close

People Party Palooza is a full week. We run a new one every six to eight weeks. The next one is being scheduled.

People Party Palooza is the stage. It’s how you walk into the room visibly, in front of the people you want to be in front of. Members get on the stage. Non-members watch.

People Party Palooza isn’t a one-shot. It’s a cadence. Members get on the next one. And the next one. And the one after that.

The Playground is $2,500 a year. Flat. One rate. That’s the door.

GET IN THE ROOM. GET ON THE STAGE. STOP WAITING TO BE READY.

Do the thing. Don’t wait for opportunity. Create it.
