Let me start with my own most expensive lesson.
Before any of this existed, I had an idea I was sure was brilliant. A physical habit tracker. Every time you did the thing you wanted to build as a habit, you added a piece to it. I spent $7,500 building it before I showed it to a single person. Nobody wanted it.
That is the entire problem this whole thing is built to fix. Building before validating. Creating before gathering. Assuming instead of asking. I was alone in a room with my own idea and I lost $7,500 to find out the room didn’t want it.
Compare that to what happens inside the Playground now.
I’m telling you these stories because I want you to see the pattern.
If you’re already visible. Avery had access and visibility. What she didn’t have was the room and the stage. The room is what changed.
If you already have something to sell. Gregory and Emily had things to sell. What they didn’t have was the room that creates the buyers. The room is what changed.
None of them had a perfect plan. None of them had a perfect launch. They just got in the room. And the room did the rest.
